Albert v0.14.9 released

This release contains minor improvements:

• Add “Open docs” action to tray
• Generally use HiDPI pixmaps (lifts required Qt to 5.6)
• Debug output is now a cmdline option (-d)

Of course it also contains the latest fixes.
